Dividend - Claim Reference Code request

If you believe that you are the owner of a claim that is included in the restructuring process and which gives rise to a dividend, but you have not received a Claim Reference Code within 23 June 2021, you can contact Norwegian for assistance: dividend@norwegian.com.

For Norwegian to identify you as a relevant creditor, you must provide the following information:

  • Creditor name (e.g. Company name/customer details etc.)
  • Booking reference/s and flight details (if applicable)
  • Reason for the claim (e.g. ticket refund)
  • Supporting documentation
  • Claim amount

Norwegian reserves the right to disregard any email which does not contain the above required information without further notice.
